GENERAL CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION
Your company may take part in the INFOBEZ-EXPO 2012 exhibition with the standardly equipped stand or an individually equipped stand at the general exposition of the exhibition. Registration fee, exhibition stand area and set-up services shall be payable.
CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION FOR VENDOR-COMPANIES
1. Participation with a stand within the frameworks of general exposition. Special participation offer provides an opportunity to obtain a 60% discount in case of attracting partners on the part of the company for their independent participation in the event. Minimal area that a company may book for participation is 18 sq.m, minimal area that a company’s partner can book is 6 sq.m. Registration fee* shall be paid without fail.
2. VENDOR'S PLAZA package The conceptual site of INFOBEZ EXPO is created specifically for vendor companies to participate and attract attention of the visitors to the achievements of the world leaders in the sphere of information security. Participation package includes: registration fee*, a 9 sq.m stand and stand construction in the unified VENDOR'S PLAZA style.

CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION FOR START-UP COMPANIES
This is a special offer for companies participating in the exhibition for the first time or companies having recently launched their business. Participation package includes: registration fee*, a 2 sq.m stand and stand construction in the unified START-UP style.
* Registration fee includes: Placing company information into the electronic catalogue and on the official web-site of the exhibition and conference (up to 500 characters including gaps); publishing company’s news, new products and services announcements, announcements of the events within the frames of the conference on the official web-site and in the newsletters to the visitors; putting the company on the list of participants of the exhibition and conference; enclosure of a set of informational materials and a catalogue copy; accreditation of the Exhibitor representatives by giving them regular permits (badge); invitation tickets for VIP-visitors; on-line registration of visitors, on-line services for participants and visitors; general promotion of the exhibition and conference, catering for the accredited participants.
Also: The participant is allowed to deliver two reports provided that they are approved by the Expert council; consulting session for the visitors, the possibility to take part in the Lions and Gladiators contest (provided that the contest rules shall be observed).

Additional for vendor companies: press-conference of the participants, placing outdoor advertisement within the exhibition area, sending e-mails to the base of experts containing information about your company (not more than 3 mailings, the schedule shall be agreed with the organiser), sending invitations to your stand or event (not more than 3 mailings, the schedule shall be agreed with the organiser).
Refusal to participate In case of written refusal of the Exhibitor to participate in the exhibition, the Exhibitor shall compensate the expenses to the Organiser in the following amounts:
- upon notification about the refusal to participate in the exhibition within 3 to 4 months before the start of installation works - 50% of the contract amount;
- upon notification about the refusal to participate in the exhibition less than 3 months before the start of installation works - 70% of the contract amount.
Upon written notification by the Exhibitor about the reduction in exhibition space after signing the agreement, the Exhibitor shall pay a fine to the Organiser in the amount of 10% of the cost of services for unequipped space.
The Exhibitor shall be obliged to notify the Organiser in written form in case of the reduction of exhibition space or in case of refusal to participate in the exhibition. The date of notification shall be deemed the date of receipt of Exhibitor's written notification.
The Organiser is entitled to withdraw the amount of actual expenses at its own discretion from the amounts credited by the Exhibitor to the Organiser's operating account before the date of official notification about the refusal to participate. The refundable amounts shall be transferred to the Exhibitor's operating account within one calendar month from the date of the exhibition.
